the project was conceived for a rural environment but features the amenities of an urban, modern space. the facades were created to produce a stimulating visual cohesion with the agricultural landscape while also complying with studies of natural temperature control. the roof deck has a double function as a rain water collector to store within a pair of treatment tanks.
in 576 square meters of construction, the inner spaces were created for constant social usage and are located opposite of the intimate family areas. the rooms and hallways of the later are preceded by two living rooms and are limited by a node staircase that distributes the vertical circulation from the basement up to the second floor.
