loft 28th:

the building, in his general conception, presents the image of a modern and contemporary, providing significant value to the environment from its formal aspect in his architectural language, the use of materials and overall treatment, distinguishing it from the context in it is located (san isidro, lima - peru). character stands for transparency, keeping the emphasis on the visual to take each one of the "lofts" to the huallamarca pyramid. in the proposal was joined the option of "lofts" duplex in addition to the originally proposed flats, so that may have different choices of departments. in both cases proposed, 8 stories and features 28 units both as duplex flats, spatial processing and materials always reflect the image of modernity. most apartments have a terrace which is accessed from the rooms. were included in some "lofts" outdoor planters, those incorporate nature into the building.

the terrace on the top floor, keeps the necessary common spaces for the owners (deck roof, corner terrace for observation to the pyramid and city, bbq area, service area, parks, gardens and flower beds), all outlined to promote the presence of the pyramid. the swimming pool-lane is elevated; it is surrounded by a roofless deck and gardens at the same level, so that the view and the landscape are valued from throughout the area.

added value for this design is reflected in components as solar shade, it consists of two layers: a metal shutter shade and translucent insulating panel. the shutter shade slides along the north and west facades, providing protection from direct sunlight while simultaneously allowing for indirect, natural lighting, views to the exterior and privacy to those inside. biowall or green façade are made up of climbing plants growing directly on specially designed supporting structure. have been added to enrich the urban environment, not only for join the facade composition also helps to reduce temperature on that part of the building.
