this home is an example of a convertible model adaptable to environmental conditions and customer tastes. It is designed to be built with a steel frame and a dry construction system using prefabricated materials, recycled panels. The walls could be on plywood or plycem and the model can be outfitted with solar panels and green walls. the following spaces are distributed on 220 square meters of construction: double height entrance hall, area for visitors, 2 regular rooms with bathrooms, laundry, dining room, family room and swimming pool.
the modern form consists of a main cantilevered volume and another set on the ground. It’s open and airy, with plenty of space to display everything. large windows provide plenty of sunlight, fresh air, and sweeping views to every place wherever will go to decide set the house. On the main entrance a semi-interior courtyard adds serenity to all connector space as stairs module and bridging halls, and features big ovoid metal roof, which function as sculptural, but also collecting and leaving the pass of wind. radiant heat tubing could be inlayed in the walls to get a passively heat in the home.
