is a customized house. the schematic design are focused in to achieve the develop of 2 storey building on lakeside. the spaces are distributed on 3,676 square feets of construction; starting double height entrance hall or foyer, reception hall for visitors, den/study, a guest-room with bathroom, laundry, kitchen, dining room, lounge and fire place, bar, outdoor corridors and summer kitchen next to swimming pool. upstairs 2 bedrooms with bathroom en suite and a huge master bedroom.

the spaces have been thought out with the possibilities of reaching and applying steel frame in the structure, concrete block, concrete formwork and glass in enclosures. functionaly the volume have a rational aesthetic. the priority is to keep a line of functional and minimalist design. all the social spaces (kitchen, dining and living rooms) are concentrated into one large open space.

the facades are responding to percentage insolation research, satisfying the need for indoor climate control. the car garage is hidden through the use of green walls and roof in order to emphasize the main entrance which has a top altitude equal to that of the lake front facade. the distribution works in favor of contemplative activity of the individual, attracting the visual panorama of the lake into the interior.
