the prefabricated house is equipped with sip's and ready for solar panels, a green roof and rainwater harvesting systems. this 2-storey home seeks to provide an alternative to the majority of recent prefab projects. the 340 square meters can comfortably accommodate an average family and is intended for middle income housing.
the design was intended to be built with modular steel system. easy to be installed on the lot, turn you adaptable to international safety codes. steel structure rests firmly on concrete floating slab foundation. the walls are wrapped out of terracotta sheets with the formula provided by the company finishes hunter-douglas, using to this model the white color. these tiles provide thermal protection, thermal comfort assistive inside the habitat. Inside the substructure supports ceramic, laminated plywood, sheetrock or drywall. the next graph shows the deployment of flats, with 170 square meters approximately each one, is an initial sample which could be expanded or compacted according to client needs.
